I enjoyed meeting with staff in a patient care conference today for my brother Robert. Both dietary nutrition as well as The activities committee and met with me at the social support office. It made my day to know that such caring people are doing their best for my brother.
It’s sad seeing the past reviews because they’re so far from my own experience. My loved one was admitted for a little bit. All of the staff, especially the administrator, were beyond responsive and accommodating. We felt supported as a family and the staff really took the extra steps to ensure my husband got every session of therapy that insurance would allow. I would recommend this facility to every family member, friend, and anyone in need of care
I spent 2 weeks there after a fractured hip. My nurse practitioner Dawn was very attentive and caring. She made sure all of my medical needs were met. The therapy department was excellent. I can’t say enough good things about them. Without their help I wouldn’t have been able to return home.
